Global Impacts

We come to work every day to add value to people’s lives by providing training and employment opportunities. This gives people the tools they need to build their lives, whilst adding value to our clients businesses everyday. However, we don’t stop there…

Premier People believe that businesses have a responsibility to act ethically and give back to those in need. We have created a framework that allows us to embed giving activities into everyday business operations through two companies who we believe are committed to creating a positive social change.

As our company continues to grow, so has our approach to giving back. By developing sustainable commitments and targets, we are able to create long lasting impacts in communities where they are needed the most!

B1G1

Premier People are proud to be a part of B1G1, a social enterprise and non-profit organisation with a mission to create a world full of giving. Unlike conventional giving models, B1G1 helps businesses achieve more social impact by embedding giving activities into everyday business operations. Every business transaction (and as a result, the business’ day-to-day activity) can impact lives for as little as just one cent.

Each time a Premier People employee goes to work we provide either shelter and protection for orphaned children, safe drinking water for families in need or e-learning hubs for Australian Indigenous children living in remote Australia. Over the past three years, we have been able to make over 100,000 total impacts across the globe.

Kyampisi Childcare Ministries

Kyampisi Childcare Ministries is a small Ugandan Charity with a big vision to see an end to child sacrifice and trafficking in Uganda. KCM act with urgency in our efforts to rescue and rehabilitate surviving victims together with their families.

Eager to teach and share what they know with others, KCM believe that by giving others the resources and skills to better their lives, the community as a whole can prosper. They do this by:

  • Raising awareness
  • Rescuing children
  • Facilitating medical treatment
  • Prosecuting offenders

It is overwhelming to hear that so many children as well as adults have fallen victims to this practice in Uganda. Premier People are proud to be a part of KCM’s mission and strive to help their cause by offering:

  • Child sponsorship
  • Payment of all 20 staff members wages
